“Now that I’m a Bikram addict, I need to complete the look… Anyone know where I can get some great Bikram/Yoga gear from?”

Last year during the interview with the MailOnline,  Katherine Jenkins said she relied on a combination of Bikram yoga and running to look her best.

She said: ‘I’m not naturally a person that wants to exercise, but I find running is something I can do wherever I am in the world. I think Bikram is a really good thing, I think everyone should do it.’

Of cause she does combine exercise with healthy eating and been known to use a version of the Dukan diet – famously practised by Jennifer Lopez, Gisele Bundchen and the Middleton women. According to her, the version of the diet she follows is a bit more relaxed.

With their third single released last October, which reached number 1 spot in iTunes charts worldwide they are launching ‘25-city tour’ and getting in shape for it with Bikram for SkyBlu is most important.

SkyBlu also said that the rumours of their breakup of the duo are just that and when they are doing separate things, it is just that and nothing more. So, expect much more from this popular comedian rockers with an aptitude for partying and hits.

With friendly staff and teachers available before and after class for any of your questions it is a good place for the first timers.

Reassuringly all of their teachers had passed a comprehensive training program in Los Angeles under the Bikram himself.

Do remember that this studio’s policy is not to admit anyone who is late so do arrive 15min before the start of the class.

If you are brand new to Bikram it is advised to try first and attend a class that is not on Monday to Wednesday as those classes are usually really packed.

Qualified by Bikram himself all teachers went to his headquarters for a rigorous training and pass wonderfully.

Studio’s changing facilities are small but do have showers and hairdryers.

All new students get a great taster deal, whereby for £35 they can attend Bikram lessons for 20 days.

If you are a new student do remember that you have to come at least 15 minutes before training starts, any late entrance would not be allowed. Also when going for first time it is advised to avoid Monday to Wednesday lessons as their are the busiest.
